If you are not Feeling Lean and Vibrant or as Happy as you like, or having Depression and Anxiety, Sugar may be the cause.
You are Physically and Emotionally attached to sugar. Research suggests that sugar is more addictive than cocaine.
Sugar craving is what you eat when you are in a state of imbalance or if you are emotional. To get rid of sugar craving, you need to break all three Addictions. Do you have the TOOLS to Do This? You really need more than a change of diet. What you need is to address the imbalance in your body.
With This 6-Week Course, We Will Cover:
Week 1 – Why is sugar so addictive and how can we reprogram your craving
Week 2 – We are going to go into your diet and clear most of the food that makes you stuck on eating sugar.
Week 3 – How the body tricks you to eat more sugar
Week 4 – How to break habits and how you view new sugar
Week 5 – How to trust yourself around sugar
Week 6 – In the Kitchin
